Description:
DTT即DL-Dithiothreitol，中文名为二硫苏糖醇。

DTT为常用还原剂，有抗氧化作用。它能保护酶分子上的还原性基团，维持还原性环境，稳定酶的活性。dtt中还含有一定RNA酶抑制剂，具有抑制RNA酶活性的作用

Properties：
White to off-white powder. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A protective agent for SH groups. Cyclizes as it reduces disulfides to thiols, so reaction is "driven" to completion. Does not contain waxy surfactant found in many other preparations.
